We do not provide information about our participating provider organizations, donors or volunteers (past, current or prospective) to anyone outside Special Chefs and its legal affiliates.
We may collect anonymous information about site visitation and specific use of our web site so that we may better serve our interested population in the future. This information is strictly for internal planning purposes.
E-Mail, Mail, Phone and Fax Communication
Special Chefs corresponds with providers, donors and volunteers (past, current or prospective) regarding the information detailed on its web site. These communications are routinely conducted via email, mail, phone and fax mode. If another method of communication is desired, or if restricted communication is preferred, all you need to do is inform us and we will respect your preference.
Resources/Relationships Warranties and Disclaimers
Special Chefs is a conduit linking information and other resources between donors/ volunteers and provider organizations/the people they support. While Special Chefs will engage in due diligence and proceed with the best and most honorable of intentions and according to the laws governing 501(c)(3) organizations, Special Chefs provides no warranties of any kind relating to the resources supplied and/or relationships forged as a result of its efforts. As recipients of donated goods and services, provider organizations must perform their own, binding, due diligence and assume full responsibility regarding volunteer activities and efficacious use of donated products and information. If you do not agree with Special Chefs and all of its agents being held harmless in all regards, do not engage in any activities with Special Chefs or its agents.
